This hotel was truly above my expectations. The hotel staff was very, very helpful and pleasant and lovely. We were upgraded to the Aloe Suite, which was a wonderful surprise and exceptionally comfortable in every way. The restaurant was beautiful with great food. The choice of buffet or a la carte was nice, however, if you order from the menu, be prepared for a very, very long wait for your food. I would highly recommend this hotel in every way. A special thanks to Beulah English at reception who helped us with an unfortunate double booking.

We managed to book a room for the same day arrival, and for the New Year night. The room was 100% conforming our wishes and expectations. A big flat-screen TV set, strong WiFi signal, all the furniture and equipment was in good working condition. Comfortable bed with highh quiality linen. Spacious parking for the guests. Good entertainment program and nice decorations at the restaurant for New Year.

Beautiful and amazing. The room was very comfortable and did not lack anything. Good selection of coffee also in the room. The buffer dinner was delicious with more options than any person could desire. Staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I did not visit all the available facilities on location, but hopefully I'll be back and spend more time.

Staff were so friendly and wanted to help you with anything you needed. I really liked that there was only one bar, one restaurant, one pool area so it was compact. The bar staff were great! Perfect drinks! I chose to stay here so I could do Windhoek parkrun on Saturday at the Golf Club - you should advertise that this takes place!!!

My stay was so memorable and I was quite sad to leave! The staff were awesome. Very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Charlene 😉 Beautiful, cosy. Wi-Fi was a bit unstable on my first day but IT fixed it and it was seamless from then till I left. Breakfast selection was very good, totally worth it.
